The Queen of my Heart singers shared a video of themselves clearly struggling to hide their excitement over their upcoming stadium tour last night, before revealing the official news and date today. They teased the news to their Irish fans on their official Twitter page yesterday, prompting a flurry of speculation from potential attendees. In view of their 315,000 followers, Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Kian Egan and Nicky Byrne bounced up and down after a successful gig at London’s Hyde Park festival, promising the “exciting” reveal. The band’s page then announced today: “We’re over the moon to announce we’re going to be playing Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork for the first time ever next year!
“We can’t wait to bring this show to Ireland which will be more spectacular than anything we’ve ever done before.”
“Tickets go on sale Friday 20th September at 9am,” the post finished.
Kian then added: “Ireland. Get ready. Our only Irish summer show will be in Cork in 2020! It’s gonna be incredible. #westlife #dreamscomingtrue.”
